How an order runs

Four steps, no surprises in between.

The sequence below is the same for a first trial order and a repeat container. What changes is the lead time, not the process.

Specification

You send the list — article codes, finishes, quantities. We check availability and flag anything that needs a production run.

Quotation

Proforma with unit prices, carton quantities, gross and net weight, and the pallet plan. Usually within one working day.

Production and packing

Export cartons with the article code on the outside. Pallets are wrapped and labelled per reference, not mixed.

Documents and shipment

Packing list, invoice and certificate of origin travel with the container. You get copies before it leaves.

Paperwork

What travels with every shipment.

Proforma invoice

Unit prices, totals, Incoterm and bank details.

Packing list

Cartons per reference, gross and net weight, pallet count.

Certificate of origin

Issued for Türkiye; A.TR on request for EU customs.

Pallet plan

How the container is stacked, so unloading follows your order.
